This policy governs the purchase of products and services from the Group VIRTUE (IDA) online store.

◈ Digital Services & Content

For services that have already begun execution or digital content already delivered, there is no right of withdrawal or refund, according to legislation on digital goods.

◈ Physical Products

In the case of physical goods (e.g., printed books), the customer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the product remains in its original, sealed, and undamaged condition.
